This week, we're wrapping up the yoga fusion challenge with a gentle breath meditation that will both relax and energize your entire being! This beginner-friendly class is suitable for all levels, so even if you've never tried some of these types of yoga, you will enjoy this practice.
The class starts out with a gentle Vinyasa flow featuring some gentle twists and folds. You will then stretch the body and release tight muscles with a slow and gentle Yin stretch, and finish up with a relaxing Kundalini breath meditation to bring up your energy and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
